Main tasks:
- Order processing of service and shipping orders: You process customer inquiries from A to Z - you create quotations and orders, delivery and shipping documents and take care of invoicing.
- Teamwork in purchasing: Together with colleagues, you will take care of our purchasing department - you will create orders for materials and services, monitor the order status and delivery dates. Incoming invoices are recorded and checked.
- Supporting our front desk team: You will support our front desk team in receiving and managing all incoming inquiries (by telephone, e-mail).
- Intensive training by our team will help you to quickly get to grips with our processes and use our systems efficiently to complete your tasks.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, foreign language skills for communication with customers/suppliers (English, possibly French)
- Experience in sales and purchasing - Strong communication skills and team spirit - Independent, structured way of working
- Confident handling of common Office programs - You feel comfortable in a modern IT environment
